Anyone Else Feel Awkward at the Gyno?

Had my annual gyno appointment and left feeling a bit weird. The nurse barely spoke, and the doctor was super quick—almost rushed. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like these visits are always kinda uncomfortable?
