I had a sort of epiphany last week while meditating. It hit me that most of my anxiety comes from always rushing—trying to get to the next thing, even when there’s nothing urgent waiting. Whether I’m walking, working, or just scrolling my phone, I realized I’m always in a hurry. Since then, I’ve made a conscious effort to slow down, almost to a snail’s pace. The difference has been incredible—my anxiety has dropped, and I’m so much more present. Has anyone else tried this?
