Have you ever noticed that sometimes, the more we try to control or direct our kids, the less they seem to thrive? I’ve learned that when it comes to parenting, less can truly be more—especially when it comes to hovering or micromanaging. Giving my kids space to solve their own problems, make mistakes, and even get a little bored has led to some of their most creative moments.
