A Scary Parenting Moment: When I Had to Use the Heimlich on My 5-Year-Old

Tonight, my heart nearly stopped. My 5-year-old started choking at dinner, and I had to jump into action and perform the Heimlich maneuver. Those few seconds felt like an eternity, but thankfully, it worked and my little one is okay.
