Is It Fair to Expect Others to Pay My Kid? An Honest Update

Lately, I’ve been wrestling with whether it’s reasonable to expect people to pay my child for helping out, especially when it comes to family or friends. After a recent get-together where my kid pitched in a lot, I found myself wondering if I was wrong for thinking some kind of compensation was fair. Growing up, I was taught that hard work deserves recognition, but I also know not everyone sees it that way.
