I swear, ever since social media blew up and the 2000's club and rap hits took over, people just seem so self-centered. I give someone a chin raise and a smile, and all I get back is a blank, straight face. Is this just how things are now? Back in the 90's, even though I was only four when they ended, it felt like people were more open and selfless. Sometimes it feels like I'm invisible, just another street sign to walk past.
