Still a Virgin at 32: Am I Missing Something?

For what it's worth, I usually date women within four years of my age—mainly because I hope to have kids one day, and I know that gets harder after 36. Last year, I put myself out there and asked out about 30 women in real life. Every single one turned me down, and one even reported me to HR, which got me into serious trouble. I’ve even been banned from bars for asking too many times, even though it was only six. Tinder hasn’t helped either. It feels like my inexperience is the main thing holding me back, and most women don’t want to be my teacher. I’m just trying to figure out what else I can do to find a real connection.
