Just found out some Triangle restaurants flunked their health inspections last week—think moldy strawberries, dirty knives, and raw eggs chilling above veggies. The Goat and Tacos Number Juan in Durham both got B grades for some seriously sketchy violations. Meanwhile, most spots in Wake, Orange, Johnston, and Chatham counties kept it clean with A’s.
