Ever get a promotion you didn’t really want? That’s me right now. I was suddenly assigned to lead a new branch, and honestly, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m good at my job or just because I fit the image my boss wanted. Now, every move I make is under a microscope. Some of my team are older, some are younger, but none of them seem to recognize me as a real leader.
