how did i turn my tiny balcony into a veggie jungle this summer?

Last summer, I stared at my tiny balcony and thought, can I really grow anything here? I grabbed a few pots, some soil, and started with tomatoes and basil. Watering became my morning ritual, and I learned that sunlight is everything. I moved the pots around until I found the perfect spot where the sun hit just right. Watching those first green shoots pop up made me ridiculously happy. I used coffee grounds to keep the soil rich, and it actually worked! My basil exploded, and I ended up making fresh pesto every week.
