if you always pee before bed it's a learned reaction. when you were little mom said make sure you pee before bed and no matter what that's what you did. I was trained by my mom running water and it made me have to pee. now every time I pee I wash my hands but the running water makes me want to pee then I wash my hands then I have to pee and on and on. thanks mom, geeze!

My 2 cents are one of the things. She has a weak bladder from child birth, or inherited bladder weakness. Or she is undiagnosed diabetic and her body is working her kidneys overtime to get rid of excess glucose in her body. Either way she needs to consult a doctor and be completely open and thorough about her symptoms.
