Although I lead a team, I am the only one working😅

So, picture this: I just got promoted—out of nowhere—to lead a new team at our Dallas branch. One day I’m coding quietly, the next I’m suddenly the youngest team lead. I tried reaching out to my new team for help, but every question I asked was met with silence or vague answers. I felt like I was speaking a different language. When I finished a big project, I got zero feedback. Not even a polite nod. Just cold protocol and a sense that I was invisible. Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if I’m the problem, or if this is just what happens when you’re promoted before you’re ready. Has anyone else been thrown into the deep end like this?
