Why Can't I Hold Down a Job at 33?

I'm 33 years old, and for some reason, I can't seem to keep a job for more than a year. Every time I start somewhere new, I promise myself, "This time will be different." But before I know it, I'm updating my resume again. Is it me? Is it the jobs? Or maybe it's just the universe playing a cruel joke? I try to fit in, work hard, and stay positive, but somehow, office politics, miscommunication, or just plain burnout always seem to get in the way. I'm honestly at a loss. Has anyone else been through this? How do you break the cycle and finally find some stability?
