why did my wisteria explode with blooms after i tried this wild trick?

Last spring, my wisteria looked like it was on a permanent vacation—barely any flowers, just a bunch of leaves. I almost gave up, but then I read that wisteria loves a little tough love. So, I grabbed my pruners and went for it, cutting back the crazy long vines. I felt a little guilty, but wow, did it pay off. This year, my backyard turned into a purple wonderland. The blooms were everywhere, and the scent was unreal. I water it deeply once a week and make sure it gets plenty of sun. Turns out, wisteria likes a good trim and some space to show off.
