(21F) I recently learned a new way to see things. Just by swapping 'have to' with 'get to,' my mood totally changes. Instead of thinking, 'Ugh, I have to work out later,' I now say, 'Wow, I get to work out later!' It’s a privilege to move my body—so many people wish they could, but can’t.
