Promoted for My Degree, Now I’m the Office Outsider 😅

Ever feel like your hard-earned degree just set you up for disaster? That’s my story. At 26, I was promoted to lead a team just because I had a fancy diploma—never mind my lack of real leadership experience. Instead of support, I got cold shoulders and awkward silences. My team, all older and more experienced, barely listen when I speak. I try to ask questions, but they avoid me like I’m contagious.
