My First Car, My First Panic: Drained the Battery!

Today was supposed to be a chill day with my new car. I picked it up, drove home, and decided to relax inside with the AC and radio on. A few hours later, I tried to start the engine—nothing but a weird crackling sound. That’s when I realized I’d completely drained the battery. Total rookie mistake! After a mini panic and a few calls, I learned about jump starters and got help from a neighbor. At least I could close the windows and lock up.
