why did my rain-soaked rose look even prettier than before?

After last night’s wild rain, I went outside and saw my favorite rose looking absolutely stunning. The petals were glistening, and the colors seemed even brighter. I always make sure to trim off old blooms and give my roses plenty of space to breathe. That way, after a big storm, they bounce back instead of getting soggy or sad. I love checking on them after the rain because that’s when you really see how healthy they are. A little mulch around the base keeps the roots happy, too.
