Hello, 27 M here. I used to be a serious soda addict—killing a 12-pack every day or two. Last Saturday, I decided to quit cold turkey and start caring more about my health. The withdrawal was rough, but now I’m mostly drinking water and sometimes milk. I picked up low-sugar Gatorade for a treat, and I’m allowing myself one cup of juice a week. My sleep is improving, and my depression feels lighter. Even though cravings hit when I see soda in stores, I’m proud I chose bottled water instead. Every small change counts.
