did i really give up sleep just to see my cactus bloom at 3am?

Last night, I set up my phone on time-lapse mode and left it outside, all because my cactus was about to bloom. I literally sacrificed my phone (and my sleep) for this. But wow, it was worth it! The flower opened up in the middle of the night, and I caught every second. I’ve learned that patience is everything in gardening. I always check my plants at weird hours, water them just enough, and keep an eye on the weather. Sometimes, you have to get a little creative—like using your phone as a night guard. Seeing that bloom made all the waiting and weird schedules totally worth it.
