Tried Filipino food for the first time at a friend’s birthday, and I’m still confused why it’s not everywhere in the US. Dishes like adobo and lechon are just packed with flavor—salty, garlicky, a little sweet, and super meaty. It’s basically what most Americans already like, just with a different twist.
