Today, I found an old photo of myself as a baby and decided to talk to her. I told her I love her, and in that moment, something inside me shifted. Years of pain and self-doubt began to melt away. I saw her—alone, scared, and hurting—and I promised to be the mother she always needed. I explained her pain wasn’t her fault and thanked her for surviving so much. I love you, baby girl.
