Why Do Some People Drive Slow in the Left Lane?

Today I got stuck behind a woman who looked like someone’s grandma, cruising at 50 in a 65—right in the left lane. Her friend was following in another car, and neither of them budged. I had to pass on the right, and she acted shocked, honking and giving me dirty looks. Honestly, it was frustrating, but it made me realize how important it is to use the left lane for passing.
