Should Slow Highway Merging Be a Ticketed Offense?

Every time I’m on the highway and someone merges at 20 mph under the speed limit, my heart races. It’s not just frustrating—it’s downright dangerous. I’ve been in situations where I’m forced to slow down drastically, becoming a buffer between the slow driver and the fast-moving traffic behind me. It feels unfair and unsafe, like I’m risking my safety for someone else’s mistake. Honestly, I think merging way below the speed limit should be a citable offense.
