Isn’t it funny how a new title can make you feel more invisible than ever? I just got bumped up to lead our marketing team after a campaign I ran took off. You’d think I’d be on cloud nine, but honestly, I feel like I’m crashing a party I wasn’t invited to. Every time I pitch an idea, it’s like I’m speaking a different language. The team looks at me like I’m the new kid in class, and I can’t shake the feeling that I don’t belong.
