Did anyone else catch The Great One’s unreal prediction last night? Gretzky literally called how McDavid would tie it up for the Oilers—then #97 did exactly that, circling the net and setting up Ekholm. The TNT crew dubbed Wayne “Gretztradamus,” but he chalked it up to luck. Either way, McDavid and Draisaitl (a.k.a. the German Engine) gave Edmonton its first Cup Final series lead in 35 years.
