Trapped in a Job I Can't Stand—Is This the New Normal? 😩

Since February 2020, I've been stuck in a job that drains every ounce of motivation from me. The culture is toxic, and the management seems to thrive on making employees miserable. I was placed here by an agency, and when I reported the constant managerial abuse, they promised to find me something better. Then the pandemic hit, and suddenly, all options vanished. Now, with no safety nets left, I'm forced to cling to this job just to avoid unemployment or worse. Every day feels like a grind, and it's honestly starting to take a toll on my mental health. Has anyone else felt trapped like this? How do you cope when leaving isn't an option?
