Corner Office, Empty Heart

So, I finally landed what everyone calls a 'dream job'—leading the marketing team in our Chicago office. On paper, it looks perfect. But every morning, I walk into meetings and feel like an imposter. Most of my team has been here longer than I’ve been out of school, and I can sense their skepticism every time I speak up. The hardest part? I just can’t seem to connect with them. I’m younger, and honestly, I don’t have all the answers. It’s like there’s this invisible wall between us, and I’m not sure how to break it down.
