Anyone else get super sore boobs pre-period?

I always notice my boobs get really sore right before my period starts. It’s uncomfortable and sometimes even makes it hard to sleep. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it just a normal PMS thing or should I be worried? #PMS #PeriodTalk #WomensHealth #Health #BodyHealth
