From a Phillies fans pov,why would we want Chapman,I saw him pitch for Pittsburgh last season a lot and you don't know what you are getting every time he goes out there.Our team has enough pitchers who can be inconsistent like he can be
You can never have enough good starting pitching and here is hoping our gm doesn't jump the gun by trading painter before he gets to the majors.

I wouldn’t trade Painter for these two. With or without them, the Phillies are far too flawed to be considered a legitimate challenger
