Turns out, some everyday foods hiding in our kitchens could be upping our colon cancer risk—especially for younger folks. Scientists tracked over 1,600 patients and found those eating lots of pro-inflammatory foods (think: white bread, bacon, sugary drinks) had a way higher risk of dying from colon cancer.
