I’m 24, just two months into my first corporate gig, and let me tell you, the rules here are about as clear as mud. My company is small, mostly engineers who breeze in and out, but I’m part of the tiny group who shows up every single day. I thought I was doing fine, rolling in at 9am and heading out at 5:30pm—until I realized I’m usually the last to arrive and the first to leave. Sure, my contract says I’m hitting my hours, but what about the unspoken rules? Am I supposed to be here earlier? Stay later? I want to look like I’m pulling my weight, but I honestly have no clue what’s expected. It’s stressing me out more than my actual work! Has anyone else felt this lost about when to show up and clock out? I could really use some advice before I accidentally become "that person" in the office. 😅 #WorkplaceAdvice #OfficeCulture #CareerBeginnings #JobCareer
