Now, out of nowhere, my recruiter reached out with a job offer that comes with a $20k salary bump. It sounds amazing, but I can’t help but wonder—would leaving so soon make me look flaky or unprofessional? I’m torn between loyalty and the chance to earn what I’m worth.
