So, here's my dilemma: my company claims to offer unlimited PTO, which sounds amazing on paper, right? But ever since my new manager, Lisa, came on board, taking time off feels like asking for a favor instead of a benefit. She’s a total workaholic and has started denying some of our requests, saying we’re getting close to some invisible limit.
