šŸ± GOZU šŸ‰‘ļø Different ways to enjoy wagyu šŸ“ 201 Spear St, San Francisco, CA 94105 ā–Ŗļø During the pandemic, I ordered their bento box because of its presentation and taste. So when they opened, I went to try their dine-in experience. It was a 9-course meal and personally, I really liked it! It was a satisfying meal! The open kitchen allowed us to watch the entire cooking process, especially the way they used wood fire, I loved it! Plus, the aroma of the wood added to the overall comfortable feeling. šŸ± Canape: Three different appetizers 🄘 Caviar: Very rich and creamy texture šŸ… Tomato: Farm-fresh tomatoes, really delicious but the portion was small 🐔 Spanish mackerel: Fresh and sweet, finished in one bite šŸ£ Supplement+: Extra dish for that night, uni + charcoal-grilled bread + truffle. It had a bomb-like texture, but the bread was a bit greasy 🧈 Suppon: Rich broth with refreshing steamed egg (Japanese chawanmushi) 🐚 Scallop: The bacon layered inside was quite tasty, and the side potato foam was incredibly creamy, paired with the charcoal-grilled bread that was so good!!! 🄩 Wagyu: The highlight of the night, extremely satisfying! The wagyu was extremely fatty! The other side dishes were also delicious, with a hint of charcoal-grilled flavor šŸ“ Strawberry: Ice cream coated in a layer of strawberry crispy skin, topped with strawberry sauce, a triple strawberry flavor šŸ” Sweets: Slightly sweet ā–Ŗļø Personally, I really enjoyed it. The wagyu was incredibly fatty, like melt-in-your-mouth kind of fat. It's best to eat it with the side dishes to balance out the richness. #120 #BayAreaFood
