Recently, I committed to a dopamine detox and it changed everything. I cut out porn and drugs, limited screen time to just 5 hours a week, and only allowed myself alcohol once a month. Junk food became a rare treat, and I started having caffeine every other day. At first, it was tough, but embracing boredom made it so much easier to get out, socialize, and truly live.
