How I Turned My Drives Into a Personal Podcast to Beat Anxiety

This week, I joined this group because my driving anxiety was hitting an all-time high after keeping it under control for over a year. Reading your stories and tips gave me hope, and I tried something new that’s actually worked for my last four drives! I use a voice recorder app and talk through my whole drive, like I’m hosting a podcast. I chat about what I see, how I feel, or just tell stories. It keeps my mind busy and the anxious thoughts away.
