Breaking Free: Reclaiming My Life from Approval Addiction

Last November, I finally looked within and faced the truth I’d been avoiding. I saw a girl who was terrified of being alone, desperate for approval, and letting others dictate her happiness. Realizing how much I’d lost myself, I grieved for the person I’d become. But that was the turning point. I chose to let her go and start over.
