Letting Go of Judgment: A Path to More Joyful Living

Have you ever tried to go a whole day without judging anyone—including yourself? It’s a core part of mindfulness, but I only recently realized how deep my own habits of judgment run. I notice I avoid people who don’t interest me, and sometimes I’m put off by someone’s mannerisms.
