Hello everyone, After over 12 years of trying to meditate, I always struggled with my restless inner monologue. It felt impossible to quiet my mind for more than a few seconds, and I started to think maybe it just wasn’t meant to stop. But then I discovered something simple that changed everything: focusing on your peripheral vision. Just soften your gaze and pay attention to what you see out of the corners of your eyes.
