When Climbing the Ladder Feels Like a Free Fall

Hey everyone, I’m feeling pretty lost and could use some advice. I’m a young professional in Maryland, and lately, I’ve been overwhelmed by how quickly things are changing at work. I thought moving up would feel empowering, but instead, I feel like I’m just barely keeping my head above water. 😟 The biggest issue? I don’t feel like my team sees me as a real leader. It’s like I’m invisible during meetings, and my ideas seem to get brushed aside. I keep wondering if it’s because I’m younger or just not experienced enough yet. Has anyone else felt this way?
