This explains so much about why our lives unfold the way they do. I wish I had taken this concept more seriously earlier in my life. It’s so important to be conscious of what you allow into your mind. In my meditation journey, I’ve learned to observe my thoughts from a distance, almost like watching myself from the outside. This helps me notice which patterns are serving me and which ones I need to let go of. Our repeated thoughts become habits, and those habits shape who we are.
