Should I Leave My Dream Company Because of a Nightmare Boss?

I finally landed a permanent job at the top company in my field—something people chase for years. On paper, it’s the dream gig. But every day feels like walking on eggshells. My manager nitpicks everything I do, from how I ask questions to the way I walk across the office. It’s like nothing I do is ever right. The work itself is way below my skill level, and I’m not learning anything new. The team doesn’t even realize how low morale is because most are too inexperienced to know better. I used to love this industry, but now I dread going to work and it’s starting to affect my life outside the office. I’m torn—do I stick it out for the sake of my resume, or do I put my well-being first and risk leaving the only company worth working for? Has anyone else faced this?
