Woke up this morning thinking it was just another Tuesday, but surprise! Farmers Insurance decided to let go of 11% of us—2,400 people, and guess who made the cut? Yep, me. I always thought being a loyal employee would count for something, but apparently, I was wrong. Now I'm sitting here, staring at my inbox, wondering what went wrong. Was it something I did?
