So, here's my current work drama: I’ve been picking up a couple of part-time shifts each week for some extra cash, and everything’s been smooth for about four months. Suddenly, my boss starts posting job ads for positions that overlap with my shifts—at first, I thought it was just because my coworker was leaving. But then, out of nowhere, my own shift pops up in the listings, only with an hour cut off. Now, I’m not sure if I’m about to get the boot or if my boss is just playing musical chairs with the schedule. I’ve never been late, barely called in sick, and I keep my head down—no drama, no office politics. Is this just a weird scheduling move, or should I be dusting off my resume?
