Turns out, popping too many vitamins isn’t always a good thing! An internal medicine doc on TikTok just called out 4 supplements you should NOT overuse: Vitamin D (can mess with your kidneys), Calcium (can harden arteries), Vitamin E (raises bleeding risk), and Vitamin B6 (can cause nerve issues).
