Rescued a Cat Left Behind—Now He’s Family

So, here’s how I accidentally became a cat dad: I found this orange floof wandering around my apartment block, meowing at literally everyone. Turns out, his previous owner—a sweet old lady—had to move and couldn’t take him. No one else seemed to notice or care. I tried to ignore him (I’m a dog person, okay?), but he started waiting for me at the door every evening. Eventually, I caved and brought him inside. He immediately claimed my bed, my snacks, and, apparently, my heart. Now he’s living his best life, judging my Zoom calls and knocking over my water bottles.
