Lately, I feel like a ghost in my own home. My husband is glued to his phone or laptop, lost in games or scrolling through social media, barely noticing me or our little one. Even when I try to talk to him, his eyes never leave the screen. I work from home and rarely get out, so he's my main company—but he barely looks up.
