Is This Dream Job Actually a Career Trap?

When I landed my job as a hotel front desk manager, everyone told me I’d made it. The title sounded impressive, and I was excited to work in a fancy downtown hotel. But after three years, I’m starting to wonder if I’m stuck in a dead end. Promotions are rare, and most days I just handle complaints and check-ins on autopilot. I thought this would open doors, but I feel like I’m running in circles. My friends keep saying how lucky I am, but I’m exhausted and can’t see a way up or out.
