MIL Takes Over My Pregnancy - I'm Going Crazy! 😭

I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and I'm losing my mind! 😰 My mother-in-law has completely taken over everything. She's already bought a crib, stroller, and tons of secondhand clothes without even asking what I wanted. Meanwhile, my own mom is sitting back, feeling totally pushed out because this crazy woman is acting like it's HER baby! 💔 I told my husband I want to pick out our own stuff - new things in the colors and style WE love. But he just shrugs and says "Mom's just excited." I'm getting so depressed watching my MIL bulldoze through what should be OUR special time. How do I set boundaries without starting World War III? I feel like I'm already failing as a mom before my baby is even born! 😢 Has anyone else dealt with an overbearing MIL during pregnancy?
